Shipping & Delivery
How quickly will my order ship?
Every order is made fresh in our atelier. We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your box leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the country and to select neighbouring regions. For international orders, please email us — we’ll arrange chilled, insured shipping where possible.
How is the chocolate kept fresh in transit?
Each box is packed with food-safe ice gel and insulated liner. We avoid weekend transits to ensure your chocolate never sits in a warm warehouse.
What if my chocolate arrives damaged or melted?
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll either refund or replace your order. Your happiness is the only KPI we care about.
Ingredients & Allergens
Where does your cacao come from?
We source single-origin cacao directly from cooperatives in Madagascar (70% dark), Ecuador (75% dark), and Ghana (milk chocolate). We visit each farm in person.
Are your products vegan or dairy-free?
Our dark chocolate bars are dairy-free and vegan. Truffles, milk chocolates, and white chocolates contain dairy. Each product page lists full ingredients.
Do you handle nuts in your atelier?
Yes — our atelier handles tree nuts (hazelnut, almond) and may contain traces. We cannot guarantee allergen-free production.
How long do your chocolates keep?
Best within 4 weeks of arrival. Store in a cool dry place (15-18°C) away from direct light. Never refrigerate — it dulls the temper.
Orders & Custom
Can I order custom chocolates for an event?
Yes — weddings, corporate events, gifts. We typically need 4 weeks lead time. Reach out via the Contact page with your idea and we’ll send a proposal.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
We do — branded boxes, painted with company colours, custom flavours. Minimum 25 boxes. Contact us for our corporate look-book.
Do you have a physical shop?
Our atelier is open by appointment only. We prefer to focus our hours on making, not retailing — but we love hosting visitors who book ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe, secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported on compatible devices.
